The TEA service allows customers to take advantage of the shortest capacity transit route between Europe and Asia via the territory of Russia. This route is provided by means of Rostelecom DWDM network and DWDM facilities of our partners in Europe and Asia. As the route is fully terrestrial, TEA provides highly reliable service with low MTTR values. Capacities from N*64 K до STM-64 are supported as standard offer as well as higher speeds are available on customer request. TEA circuits are provided on one-stop-shopping basis and under a single SLA that covers Rostelecom part of the circuit and also partner networks.
The service is protocol insensitive and can transport any combination of voice, data, video and IP applications. TEA provides a full range of options to transfer data of your delay-critical applications along with the main values for telecom services such as reliability and quality of service.

Notification of emergency works performance is no less than twenty four (24) hours in advance.
