As part of its intelligent network services, Rostelecom provides Televoting, 803 service.

The Televoting service allows to efficiently run mass calling events of any kind such as voting, contests, telemarathons, opinion polls and other TV, radio or press events with high volume of calls.

The service is based on Rostelecom’s intelligent network solution which counts the number of calls attempts to a specific number, keeps track of voting sessions and call statistics and represents the results of an event on a monitor. The use of the latest equipment and software allows for the handling of a high volume of short call responses.
