Rostelecom’s testing laboratory, listed as an official state certification center as per decree 2 of the Russian State committee for Communication and Informatics decree N2 dated July 29, 1997, offers a wide range of services in telecommunications certification. Rostelecom’s testing laboratory became the first Russian laboratory offering tests which accommodate both Russian and European certification standards.

Rostelecom Testing laboratory performs the entire technological cycle of certification tests for the telecommunications equipment and software listed in the corresponding sections of the laboratory’s accreditation by GOST R, Svyaz, and Rosinfocert certification systems.
We perform the following consultations:
rules and procedures according to GOST R, Svyaz, and Rosinfocert’s standards;
requirements for the technical documentation for the certification;
the order and rules for the certification tests;
documents needed to initialize the certification procedure.
We test and prepare the telecommunications equipment according to BCC Russia requirements;
We perform billing systems certification testing;
Certification tests according to GOST R standards;
Certification tests according to Svyaz standards include the following services:
Certification testing for the Ministry of Communications technical requirements;
Development and confirmation of technical specifications both with the client and the Ministry of Communications.
Voluntary Rosinfocert certification testing of communications software;
Comparative testing of telecommunications equipment;
Testing and quality control as per Svyaz standards on the manufacturing sites.
