MMT, a subsidiary of Rostelecom, offers its subscribers two types of contracts: a subscriber contract and a regional service provider agreement. The subscriber contract allows the subscriber to take full advantage the services specified in the document, but without the right of re-selling these services to third parties. As for the regional service provider agreement, the subscriber who purchases such retains the right of selling the services specified in the contract to third parties in his region.
