For operator-assisted access

(An operator service works from 8 am till 11 pm, no day off)

1. Dial phone number  727-4747
2. Tell an operator PIN code of your card and the operator will tell you balance of your card
3. Tell an operator the code of the region you are going to call and number of a subscriber. If you don’t know the code of the region, then operator will say it to you and the connection will be done.
