You can use Prepaid Card (“Karta Svyazi”) Rostelecom to settle the accounts of Rostelecom for international and long-distance calling and also to receive a wide specter of informational services. Prepaid Card (“Karta Svyazi”) can be used as an electronic purse with some balance on it.

To settle the accounts of Rostelecom you should dial phone number  (495) 727-4923 ( Monday-Friday, from 9 am till 5:45 pm ). You tell an operator the number of your Prepaid Card (“Karta Svyazi”), account and phone number and the operator will provide you information about your balance.
